Cycle Wise Workshop:
What everyone needs to know about the female body! An informative workshop at no cost to you!
When & What:
Day 1 April 4 5:00 - 7:00 pm Topics include Introduction to the female body and cycle, the female hormone cycle, and understanding what your cycle is telling you.
Day 2 April 5 3:00 - 5:00 pm Topics include Cycle tracking, what an abnormal cycle could be telling you, birth control and alternatives, cycle tracking for family planning.

Who : Open to women of all ages interested in learning body literacy, cycle tracking methods, and family planning methods.

Baby Bottle Fundraiser Campaign: Mother's Day - Father's Day
A little change changes lives! Pick up a baby bottle from your church or the center, fill it during the month between Mother's Day & Father's Day, and return the bottle to your church or the center by the end of June. All proceeds fund programs & services at Compassion & Hope Pregnancy Center.
